I want to report a bug that crashes my Minecraft on the Nintendo Switch after activating the "Vanilla BDCraft" pack. When the panorama is loading in the background, my console crashes with the error message that an error has occurred and my game was therefore automatically closed. I tried it over and over until it finally crashed for the 17th time. It's enough for me once. I wasted time and money.

-> Should I not get my money back, I will take legal action, but of course I will wait another month because I suspect that the support could be busy.

Mojang managed to release a game update that really messed up HD pack support. You need to wait for them to release a fix for the issue. We recommend you contact them if you have any issue with their game. We're just as upset as you and all the other people who have reported the same issue with our packs as well as all the other HD packs.

I'll also point out we can't give you a refund you'd have to get it from Mojang as you gave them your money, but I'll also make you aware of how the marketplace (and general in-game currencies work): you bought Minecoins, you received those Minecoins, you would struggle to take legal action as you received the product you paid for (which is the Minecoins). Technically maybe you could say Mojang/Microsoft acted in bad faith, but you couldn't claim you didn't get what you paid for.

Is there anyway we can toggle off the high definition to standard?
