dioioib, client logs can help. Upload them to something like https://pastebin.com
Is this on a new world or an old world? Have you actually monitored your RAM usage? Have you closed other programs?
Bare in mind the more you play a world the more RAM/CPU it will use. Also, Minecraft is weird, it likes to just break sometimes...

It's not your full log, so it's not fully helpful (as it doesn't show your java environment switches), but it does state:
Which, as Novamanga stated, is usually indicative of not enough RAM being assigned to Minecraft.
If you can't provide more RAM for Minecraft (via the launcher) and closing other running programs doesn't help then there's not really much you can do.

I just loaded up a brand new Evolved world with the 32x pack. Task manager says I am using 6.5GB.

I just don't know how my notebook with total 4GB ram can run this and my computer with total 8GB ram can't. And what happened because I was using it for couple weeks with same settings.
