Feedback on PureBDcraft 1.9
I can't replicate these issues in PureBDcraft 128x MC1.9.LucreziaClay wrote:In PureBDcraft 128x 1.9 i noticed that the bottom pieces of the anvil just show black and when you have a trapdoor open with a block in front of it the handle and some other pieces are black. I already tried reinstalling it today.

Just found some things, which annoy me a little bit.
Could you remove the text from the oven/dispenser/... like you did for the crafting table and anvil? Would be nice.
I also wondered if there is no way to change the look for the slider and the background of the text (I don't know how to tell this in english. See the picture).

Thanks for the answer already

It'd be preferable we found ways to make the titles of GUIs better incorporated than just removing them. It's not very user-friendly to just keep removing name strings.
As for theiItem tooltips and the sliders there's nothing we can do about those.

Okay. So the GUIs will be changed in the next update?
Isn't it kinda strange that we can't change the tooltips and sliders? The texture have to be somewhere or not?

No, I said it'd be preferable we change GUIs instead of blanking out names. That doesn't mean we'll be changing them any time soon. You can edit your language file yourself if it particularly bothers you.
As for tooltips and sliders, whether it's strange or not, that's just how it is. You might want to try and prod at one of the Mojang devs to see if they have a reason why they can't be changed by a resourcepack.

The flattened grass texture is abnormally dark looking. The stones have a red color to them. Here is a a screenshot for reference. Is it supposed to look like this?
I use Vanilla MC 1.9 with no other textures, and it's the same regardless.

No offense, but I'm definitely not a fan of this look. It's my only real complaint about the texture pack. I will be replacing this block with the resource from VanillaBDcraft which uses a simpler dirt path texture.HanFox wrote:Yes.RenegadeXR wrote:The flattened grass texture is abnormally dark looking. If you feel plain dirt is too boring, maybe combine the ideas of having dirt plus rocks. As it currently, the totally different color of grass conflicts against the biome and the rocks have a weird red hue to them. Not to mention that cobblestone has been an option in Minecraft for a while now as the block of choice before paths were a thing, and the rock texture is so tightly packed that you may as well just use cobble...
I feel that since Mojang took the time to introduce a path block, it's worth considering more creative ways of texturing this so it has its own unique look but also blends into the environment a little more nicely. Just my 2 cents though.
