I liked the texture pack the most, when there were multiple variants to each mob. Is there a technical reason why this is no longer a feature? Do you plan to bring it back eventully? Thanks for your reply. Love your work.

The pack still has multiple variants for each most mobs. You need to use Optifine.

I loved this new pack almost all the way around, I got all the extras and would like to voice my opinion. The texture pack by itself has always been great though I am not a fan of this Netherrack texture, prefer the circles way more over the intestine looking texture. In the 3D block pack and item pack I loved it tons but was a little disappointed in the diamond sword look, I much prefer the older design without the spikes in it. I do enjoy all of the depth that was added with some blocks like furnaces and bookshelves and with many more of the simple building blocks like stone bricks and maybe wooden planks would have some kind of depth or indent in them. Now the music and sound packs I enjoyed for the most part, not huge on the zombie or zombie pigman sounds, enderman sounds are alright. I really wish the music had more of a variety but still within the theme. I loved the bow and arrow redesign and the sound when firing. Going through the portals I believed could've had a better noise. Overall the texture has always been one of my favorites and would rate this current one with the 3D items and block packs a 9/10 and for the music I would have to give it a 7/10 (should add more if you could) and for the sounds I would give it a 5.9/10 Thank you so much for all the hard work in making such a wonderful Resource pack and I support and look forward to much more in the future. I hope my feedback was of some help for future planning.

So I'm not sure this is the right place to post this and I know the recolouring of the grass isn't something that júst happened in the 1.12 release, but.....

I'm not a big fan of how lush the grass looks. In my opinion it's way too green. I know Sphax is supposed to be cartoony, but there are just too many colours coming at me :-?

Personally I prefered the colour of the grass in older packs.

Just to show what I mean:

(This is from Sjin's Farm, Yogscast. I believe this is 1.6)

I don't find any indication that the grass colors have changed between the versions you mention. Even without a special texture pack, the grass color varies between different biomes, and sometimes even at different altitudes. The top picture you linked might be in Extreme Hills, while the bottom picture looks like it is probably Sunflower Plains.

https://minecraft.gamepedia.com/Biome#Biome_colors has an explanation of how that works, and the mentioned files are identical between PureBDCraft 1.6 and PureBDCraft 1.12 (even the 1.3.2 texture pack looks like it uses the same grass colors, albeit with a different filename). If you want the grass to look less lush, you can try tweaking the file in your local copy.

Welllll... now I feel like an idiot -.- . Guess I've been staying in the wrong biomes then, haha. I'll take another look at it all. Thanks for the info and explanation.
