Adventure Map - Resource pack help!

Hey there! I started an adventure map a month ago, and just recently got a team of people working together. We are a volunteer team, so no money or payments will be involved.
The adventure map is going to be super in-depth with a massive story line and many quests. It is inspired by a couple of NES games, mainly the Dragon Warrior series. Some of these quests include a lot of changes to the texture pack. That is why I'm here!
I'm looking someone who is talented in resource packing making. Some things I am interested in are Gold nuggets looking like gold coins, tripwire hooks looking like keys, paper that looks like money, and many more. We also have a couple of skin ideas for mobs that we would like included.
