Looking for help for Block Craft 3D

My young daughter has been playing Block Craft 3D for some time and is on level 12. We had a situation on the Ipad where the game would not load. We reinstalled the game and now her village is no longer there, starting her from the beginning. Any advice on where we may go to access her village? Thank you, I am willing to try to install on other devices, if necessary. Understandably, she is very upset about this.
