Sorry if this isn't the right place to post this, but I just had a quick question.
I haven't play MC in a while and when I came to download the latest texturepack for the game I noticed a lot of the textures for items are very jagged as opposed to the older version I was using (the textures in the resource pack folder, not just in-game). Is this intentional or is there some alternative I am missing?
An example with the apple item (both are from the 64x64 pack):
images removed as they violate the License
[Not a Bug] Texture problems?
I removed the images.
Anyway, the old images still have anti-aliasing on them which is incorrect for Minecraft as it can't handle semi-transparent on a vast majority of objects.
In game there'll be little difference or, due to the way Minecraft obliterates semi-tranparency, the more jagged textures likely look better.
Either way, it's not a mistake.
