Hello :> Sorry if u already know this or if this not resource pack's fault...
But clouds seems be really strange when on top all sky's clouds are visible but when im under it only certain parts are visible and there are some disorentied parts of clouds (Horizontal and Vertical ones)

Indeed, the cloud do look a bit bad because it's a very highly detailed texture that just doesn't really work in Minecraft.
It's recommended, if you use Optifine, to change clouds to the Fast setting.
