[MC Bug|Java] black concrete texture has a white border

Not sure if its intentional or not. But black concrete has a thin white border around each block. Only concrete block that seems to do it.
You're probably noticing a bug in Minecraft where sometimes white lines appear between blocks due to bad maths in the core game.
More information would be helpful though. Such as the pack you're using, the resolution, the Minecraft version, and a screenshot of the issue.
