That's it. But if you didn't know where it was, how did you install the texturepack to begin with?

two different people looked at this a 10 yr. old and an old dude helped sort it out just now.

i installed to big of a texture pack and i quit minecraft will the textures were still loading

ah, ok, yeah that'll do it. It can take a long time sometimes to apply all the textures.

512x is too big for your computer.
Try 128x and if it works you'll be able to try 256x
