texture pack

This is the 5th time i have downloaded the texture pack and it dose not work and when i tried to open it on 1.6.2 it shuts down my minecraft y does the happen

It's likely you don't have enough RAM assigned to Minecraft.

If you still have issues you'll need to use a lower resolution of the textures.
