Messed up Zombie Pigman Texture

I have run up against a problem that I'm hoping to get help with...I use 1.6.2 PureBDcraft 128x and have edited the pack slightly by way of changing some of the current textures with alternative ones that are included in the pack and have noticed, when playing that sometimes the texture for the Zombie Pigman is messed up.

The Mods I have installed currently are:
Better Sprinting Mod
Optifine HD_U_B2

When did you download the texturepack? This should have been fixed a couple of days ago.
