Sphax patch for divine rpg 1.7.10 problems

I downloaded the sphax patch for divine rpg 1.7.10and added it ro the psck but for some reason the textures wont load and appear as the original ones. I cant seem to fix. So any help??

You will need to check the patch structure against the structure of the mod jar.

As I'm under the impression that mod is still being developed, the patch may just be out of date.
