Purple/Black textures

So I just installed the 512x512 1.13 PureBDCraft for Java, and when I activated it, it had all kinds of weirdness going on. Has anyone else had this problem and how do I fix it? (I also installed 3 addons, but later found out that they were fine. I also tried going for allowing 4 GBs of RAM, and that didn't help. I have 8 GBs btw)

You likely have a variation of this issue.

Try deleting assets/minecraft/font from the pack.

You likely have a variation of this issue.

Try deleting assets/minecraft/font from the pack.

Sorry, but that didn't fix my issue with the boxes and the pink textures.

I feel like an idiot asking this, but how?

In your minecraft folder there should be a logs folder with a largest.log

You need to provide the contents after trying to load the pack.

Oke-doke then. Here it is. Also, I tried restarting the game a few times and that didn't help.

You're running out of RAM. You either need to assign more to Minecraft or use lower resolution textures.
