Hello,
I am currently having an issue with my ftb client on my new pc, I am having 10 fps when using the 64x sphax ftb infinity evolved textures with 128x sphax textures for regular minecraft

On my regular pc I am having 40 fps even though it has a worse video card than my new pc. (Both computers have optifine U D6 installed)

My old pc specs:

The problem is Java and Minecraft are seriously fickle.

Your two computers are basically incomparable (even if they are both Intel i7s).

It's the usual stuff to try:
  • Make sure you're using your discrete (Nvidia/AMD) graphics card and not the onboard Intel card
  • Make sure everything is up-to-date: Java, computer drivers, Windows update
  • Make sure nothing else intensive is running (videos, Windows processes like Cortana/Search indexer/file scanners)
  • Try some Java arguments that might settle out any lag
Ultimately you just might be stuck using 64x instead.

Fixed the Issue when I moved everything to a minecraft launcher which then it used the right graphics card. Now I have 150 frames on high settings :)
