Sphax 1.6.4?

Hey my name is Benjamin and i was wondering around this website and trying to find the Sphax resourcepack for 1.6.4, but i can't find it? How can i get it?
Go the download landing page: https://bdcraft.net/downloads/purebdcraft-minecraft/
Read and then agree to the Terms of Use and then click the button for MC1.6.4 that appears.
Select the resolution you want on the slider below and then click the Download button.
