1.5.2 64x 512 FTB unleashed Particles are all wrong colours

Everything was fine till it started to rain and i was surrouded by large black and white particles. The moon was also acting weird and looked like the rain particles. I checked and all the particles appeared to be missing to however the coloured potions were their regular colour and black but they were also huge and a different shape. When i took the texture pack off the problem did not occur. Please help me thank you.
