refresh rate with sphax

I use a 240hz monitor and whenever i use sphax it just doesn't feel like the refresh rate matches the fps whilst when using the default texture pack. (this is when playing ftb infinity evolved and attack of the b team)

In F3 do you actually get 240FPS when using PureBDcraft? If not, then no, it won't seem smooth. There's not really much you can do if you can't get the FPS to match the refresh rate.

i get about 450 fps

thank you for trying to help i have figured out what the problem was.
I disabled a mod called fastcraft and it has seemed to have fixed the problem
