Vanilla textures showing default

Hi, I just made this account to ask this question. I'm running FTB Infinity and downloaded the vanilla texture pack as well as the FTB patch. When in game, all the modded textures are from the texture pack, but the vanilla textures are default. I've tried combining the texture packs, as well as just having them separate. I can't seem to get the vanilla textures to stop being default. Any idea what I can do? Thanks!

That sounds like you downloaded the wrong vanilla base textures.

Make sure you download the pack that matches the version of Minecraft you're playing.
