Xbox One Receiving 1.14 Texture Pack

Hello, the marketplace for Xbox One says the packs are for 1.9. I've got both the Pure and VanillaBDcraft packs and both do not display textures except the grind stone and the UI display. Do I have to update my packs or is the 1.14 not available for xbox one at the moment?
