Im unable to download the pack i get to the your download should start automatically it doesnt so i click the links to start manually and it goes to thanks for downloading :/

So the issue is apparently a routing issue with certain UK ISPs.

Generally these things just take some time to fix up.

So all I can suggest is to keep trying (or get a friend in another country to grab it for you).
