any idea what is causing this?

I got the same version and everything.

A screenshot of your resourcepack screen and your latest.log from your logs folder would be useful.

It will still be like that even if I only use sphax original resourcepack without any other.

got alot of errors in the log, but cant figure what cause this..

Seems likely that a mod might be doing something strange.

I don't see anything obvious in your log.

You'll need to go through your mods and see if you can find out what's causing the issue. It's very odd that it's just the swords.

yeah might aswell do that, must be a mod that change the item id or something making it look odd..
