Break block animation doesnt work with shaders

I have been using different shaders and most of them make the break block animation disappear. It's not a mayor problem/bug but it kinda bothers me.

It's not a bug with the pack that shaders don't work correctly.

You should ask wherever the shader was posted how to fix the issue.

I kinda know that, but the weird part is... using the purecraft textures on 1.14.4 works fine with the shaders but in 1.15.2 doesnt
