For the past few weeks now I’ve had an issue with My texture pack, I have to play it at 128x resolution instead of the 256x my Xbox is capable of, just wondering if there’s anything anyone can do to help

There have been a few issues with packs recently since the new update. However, it's the first time I've heard of an Xbox actually being able to run the pack at 256x.

Maybe check the resolution settings and see if you can turn them up, follow the "Crashes / Changing Resolution" section here:
