I have white dots flickering between blocks when I'm using Pure. I have tried lowering the resolution and Optifine but none of the settings seemed to work. Strangely enough VanillaBDcraft works perfectly fine.

Any specific blocks?

Besides the wood planks there's no real major difference between how each pack works.

So I just tried it again, and it does seem to only affect wood plancks. Is there any way to fix it, because that's one of the main blocks

The easiest way is to open the pack and delete any of the [wood_type]_planks.json and [wood_type]_slabs.json files from:

Code: Select all

/assets/minecraft/blockstates/
You may also want to delete the [wood_type]_stairs.json from there, too.

Yep thanks that fixed it! Any reason why they work different?

The planks are complicated multiparts to allow the grain patterns to be randomised slightly without adding more textures.

Not everyone has issues with the white specks between the parts. It's generally caused by bad subpixel rendering in Minecraft.
