Vanilla bdcraft ps4

Hi I purchased your texture pack off the marketplace on ps4 and now I can't create a world. I've tried restarting, Uninstalling and reinstalling minecraft, dropping the resolution to 32x but nothing works, every time i create a new world with your pack on it begins the usual loading process but when it gets to about 75% on building terrain it crashes without fail every single time. Quite frankly I feel upset an like I wasted 5 bucks. Any help or ideas would be appreciated

I've never heard of it crash every time when changing resolutions. Usually the resolution change would help.

You seem to have taken every step we'd already recommend to try to rectify the issue.

You might want to try contacting Mojang Support.
