All the textures don't work properly.

I download the texturepack, put it into my 1.6.2 resource pack, and then I opened up minecraft. The problem is, is that all of the textures are gray or a texture of a different item. Please help!

You need to allocate more RAM. How much RAM are you allocating currently? Also, are you using optifine or mcpatcher?
