Texture patches are not made by Sphax, just in case you were thinking that...
That being said... Overhauling all the textures for a pack like that (tekkit classic) would take a lot of time, which is already spent keeping the textures updated with the current version of the mods. If that wasn't enough bad news... as far as I'm aware, most (if not all) of the textures currently being maintained only go back as far as Minecraft 1.4.7.
Obviously someone could go through the existing pack and edit the textures, but since those textures were all compiled from different artists (some of which are not active anymore) I wouldn't get my hopes up. Sorry

I was thinking if someone could just tweak the standard Xmas pack, and i will just use the regular mod packs (For the correct Tekkit). But none of the basic Xmas packs can be used for MC1.2.5/TC 3.1.2

It needs to be patched with MC Patcher- there is not supposed to be a pumpkin face on the side of a Christmas present.

Were you expecting not to use mcpatcher? If you were, then you should know that all resolutions above 16x are considered HD textures and MC 1.2.x does not natively support them, which means you have to use either mcpatcher or optifine.
