You can do whatever you like in regards to linking to bdcraft.net.
As far as textures go you cannot redistribute the base texturepack files due to the
License.
As for anyone making you a patch just for the mods included you either need to provide a link to the modpack page/website or a list of mods.

ProjectA, I am currently developing a Sphax texture pack for a currently private modpack my server is developing, I have alot of it done except for a few off the wall mods. If you would like help developing a texture pack for your mod, throw me some links in here or in a message and a complete list of the mods you have installed and I will be more than happy to help!
