ok but i dont think as far as i know that you can have a skin that works foreveryone in 128, 256, 512

If the server has a HD skin mod on such as CoFHCore you can.

Ok, Han, But not all the servers have CoFHCore installed and not to mention it everyone with Default Resource pack will see ''Sphaxerized'' skin or?

The only people that will see custom HD skins are those that have the same HD skin mod installed.
Everyone else will see what you have uploaded at minecraft.net
