Hello all:

I think that a pack created for the All the Mods 1.10 modpack would be great in a BDCraft style

I came looking for the same thing. Probably a lot of overlap for other 1.10.2 mods (Hermitcraft for example).

Actually, I am hosting a HermitPack server and that patch will work better than anything

I'd like to see a computer run All The Mods with a hd texture pack. Would probably need 64 Gb or ram lol

I can run it but it uses well over 20GB of RAM with very incomplete 64x textures (Using HermitPack 64x). I can't get it to launch at all with 128x, and I have 32GB of RAM, a 6700k @ 4.8GHz, and the newest Titan X GPU. I've tried allocating insane amounts (25GB of RAM) to Java. For reference, even a smaller pack like the HermitPack with 128x texture uses about 22GB.

A texture pack for an "all mods" pack like this just isn't going to happen because 1.10 is too resource hungry. I'd suggest compiling your own from a solid base like the Hermitpack or FTB infinity lite pack.

So I came looking to see if anyone had done any "official work" on this.

I've actually compiled my own Sphax 64x pack that almost covers everything in this, and it runs fine on my computer allocating 16GB of RAM to Minecraft (I have 64GB in my gaming rig). The 128x pack does require some pretty high ram usage, but I've run it, it's just not worth it when 64x is fine for me.

As Always,
Vint

There's a patch for the MC1.12 version here: https://bdcraft.net/community/pbdc-patch ... t6312.html

If you still need a MC1.10 patch you can ask in there.
