Better Railroads

Hoping for 128x texture size. It might be possible to re-use textures from mods like Railcraft for this, but I'm not sure that will cover all the textures in this mod.
Edit: an optional download to "3d-ify" the rails in this mod like the "3D Blocks Addon" does for vanilla rails would be awesome, but admittedly lower priority.
