All dors look like in the picture when I'm in the game.

I use this version of your texture pack:
Minecraft version 1.13.2 and the quality is 256x

As has already been discussed with you on Discord, I am unable to replicate this issue.

I can only guess it's somehow related to the server. Be it lag or a sync issue.
