[Bug|3D Blocks] Observer Arrows are the wrong way round

I have the 1.15 PureBDCraft 256x and 3D Blocks Addon.
Without the addon the arrows point towards the restone dot (like vanilla)
With the addon the arrows point to the face.

I believe this bug once was in PureBDCraft and was fixed, but apparently forgotten here.
