Not sure if you ever heard of MineColonies before, but it's like a Minecraft anno sim mod. Anyway, it just got updated yesterday to 1.6.4 from 1.2.5. It was updated by some fans who decided to take the mod into their own hands and update it to 1.6.4. Minecolonies would look great with sphax textures. There's multiple custom models, so it might be a bit difficult

Most of the blocks are 3D Assets or Using Domum Oranentum which is required by this mod.

I made a compatible pack for the Minecolonies already... submod... which turns all the building stone blocks and odd stuff into PureBDCraft Variants.
But i would have to edit the 3D Models for minecolonies, which i don't think many people will do.... due to its alot of 3D work.
The benchs are all 3D, same with building stations.

The only other major textures in this mod are the Villagers,The Items, and the GUI's... Most of the building blocks are from Domum.

I'm not entirely sure of any blocks fully added by minecolonies... besides those added by Domum.
If i ever finish Domum... i might take a crack at Minecolonies and do the work... but for now, this might help some people.
