Also, just to let everyone know: ICBM is upgraded to 1.4.2, which adds Reinforced Rails as far as I know...
Recipe contains Iron Ingots and Concrete. My thoughts is make it look like this:

The in-game textures show it being green instead though. I dunno... up to you, people. I ain't doing it.
