This thread has been quiet lately, and I'd like everyone keeping an eye on it to know that work on the Custom NPC's mod hasn't ceased. We are now just over halfway on completing all the items (including the Demonic & Frost weapons).

I'll be doing a pre-release sometime in the next few weeks. Well over 100 skins have been made for this mod, not including almost 200 extras I'll be releasing as additional DLC for you to populate your Minecraft worlds.

This is an absolutely HUGE project and I'm extremely grateful for all the help and support from the community :)

As a little token of that gratitude I'd like to tease an image of some of the cool items you can look forward to playing with:

If you're more than halfway done, shouldn't we have seen a pre-release by now?

By the way, it all looks EPIC. <3

WIP x512 is now available!

Please check out the link on page 1.

x256, x128, x64 and x32 versions will become available in the next few weeks as more work on this texture pack is completed.

Btw, a few items appear to be 128x, including the crossbow, diamond halberd and diamond dagger.

The katana doesn't look like a katana to me. It's to wide and to straight, the one from the balkons patch suits it much better imo.

sweet cant wait till its out for x128 ^.^ thats what my pc can handle lol. i love this mod and as for the assassin armor i have always loved the look of the mask thing xD anywho keep it up ^.^

OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMGOMGO Sooooo excited. I've been quiet on here because without sphax textures most of my projects seem dull and boring, the texture is life changing for me.

Seeing customer NPC's finally getting the Sphax attention, I have been able to re-establish my server and prepare my personal pack in hopes of its completion. You guys are doing a great job, and I will wait patiently for the x128/x64 release.

Still - to poke the issue, is a 1.5.2 version still something the developers are considering? I know that's old - but sadly I run the LegendGear mod and the developer has no intention of updating that mod past 1.5.2 for some time (if at all).

The mod is my favorite out of all the mods I have, and it's the only Zelda-ish mod that supports Sphax texture, and in my world EVERYTHING must be Sphaxified - it's like...Sphaxcraft.

In the end, I'll leave it up to you guys, but I'm stuck at 1.5.2 for some things, and I was just curious if I'd still be able to use this Texture mod with 1.5.2 sphax?

Greetings everybody!

Apologies for the delay, I've been on vacation for the past three weeks, returning home on Sunday.

Over the next 2 weeks, I'll be looking to finally complete this texture pack. WIP versions for x256, x128, x64 and x32 will be going up.

As you can see from the x512 pre-release, there are only a handful of remaining item textures to be completed. If anyone is interested in adding to this mod, please don't hesitate to contribute!

Ok! Awesome! I'm soo glad you came back to work on it. You have been Doug wonderful work and I can can't wait to seethe final touches, I have been following this texture so some time now.

Good news is I was able to update my mod pack to 1.6.4 so I won't need the 1.5.2 version like I did prior.

Is anyone planning on. Modifying the files to support 1.6.4 or will we have to get the 1.7 version?
