I believe this patch does work with the 1.6.4 version. But there is as it is, not much is textured, I may get to doing a few soon. But as far as I know there hasn't been n update that adds a huge lot yet.

EDIT

Did some googling and apparently the version is for 1.5. But if you have it working for 1.6 then the textures that are currently complete should work with it.

No, there's almost nothing implemented yet. Alchemical Cole like the one in Equivalent Exchange 2, so no need to be textured again. Some dusts where added, a table, a glass bell and some other minor stuff.

Also, the mod is nearly unplayable with very little content. So I'm wondering why people want this mod to be textured.

Pesti, the mod is playable. It adds a lot in 1.6, but serves more as a magic utility mod than anything else. I've been adding it to every pack I play since Yogscraft FTB in 1.4.7

Exactly, it's a utility mod but far away from being complete. A ton of stuff could change so some of the textures added now could be useless in the future.
