I'm not looking for someone to follow me around and kill things or carry stuff; I just want the villagers to actually work their jobs, you know? The farmers farm, kinda sorta right now, but lumberjacks don't chop/replant trees, fishermen don't fish, etc. That sorta thing.

Sounds good to me and what I gather that MC 1.14 series is working on now on Villager jobs. They do farm normally which is annoying as I play with Pam's Harvestcraft (which being an OCD person does not help at all). They ignore non-minecraft food farms. As for MCA doing such jobs, that programming (code) I do not know how to anymore (lol, an out-dated person).

Well, that sort of code would be the the purview of WildBama & company. I know other mods like MineColonies have figured it out, but they tend to fill a different role; they don't allow for more than a few villages very well, or moving townsfolk from one village to another (nor are they compatible with Immersive Railroading, while MCA is).

Completely understandable about Mine Colonies (never gotten along with it) and as for IR well never played with it. Currently sidetracked from MC as doing artwork (non digital) for dice gaming. Honestly at a loss what to do to help with the request as its basically the setup coding. Doing all the NPCs for MCA going to be awhile as there is a lot of them to update from 1.7 to 12 as its rearranging them all. Then guess basic journey map icons instead of each individual. Opinion?

Resizing the current faces would likely work for journeymap. As for all the NPC skins for MCA, I'd say start by making a spreadsheet: list all of the NPCs, then populate their features, such as hair color, eye color, clothes, etc. If you like, I can help create such a spreadsheet.

Hello, i supouse this project is dead, so, i like to know if there is another site like bdcraft to check if someone has made the skins, I making my own modpack, and this is one of the few mods that i dont have textures packs, well MCA i got all items, but not villagers skins, and i like to get rid of 16x bits textures, to many years playing whit x16 textures.

Anyway thanks to the community for the great work.

Looks like the model/skin system was totally redone for MCA Reborn (1.16 & 1.18)
