I don't know if "smart" is the right word, if I don't disable it, and simply try to use the provided buttons to create a link and then a button it never works. It becomes very obvious why though once I disable it, it does all sorts of crazy stuff to the BBCodes, that even a monkey's Uncle would think is a tad on the stupid side. I think it is because it tries to automatically recognize url links, but then tags them with a code incompatible with buttons. So the button code ends up shunted to one side or the other as it doesn't recognize anything that can be buttoned up within the highlighted text. Usually if I am trying to do anything more complex than simple text. I disable it and then preview ... much more reliable.

I've been busy with GUIs, here are some new ones and some fixed ones.

These are relevant to MineFactory Reloaded 2.6.4-975 (for Minecraft 1.5.2), they will not be compatible I don't think with previous versions because of the upgrade icon. Some maybe, some maybe not and I'm quite chuffed with the planter GUI :D


The PRC, I had to really lighten up the left side border as letters in the GUI crossed it and you need to see these letters clearly. The above GUI works even though it may not be to everyone's liking.

I have updated the files which are referenced by my links in the original post to contain these new GUIs.

Also, I finally took the time to back-port everything from 1.5.x to 1.4.x at 128x resolution.

Edit - change of plan when I started doing these I didn't envisage doing so many, I just wanted to alter a couple that were broken and since then I haven't stopped. Rather than post individual images have the lot in a zip.

I couldn't help noticing that the the frame on the front of the fertilizer is wobbling by a couple of pixels. Is this a bug or a feature?

Some of the GUIs names were changed to the longer version

dsu.png > deepstorageunit.png
lavafab.png > lavafabricator.png
oilfab.png > oilfabricator.png

The textures/blocks/tile.mfr.stainedglass.pane.* files are redundant now and the glass is colored in the coding, there's a template for the stainedglass for borders etc now.

Hey BDCraft management. I was wondering if someone could whip up a 32x32 sphax patch for the Minefactory Reloaded mod. If it could be done that would be amazing! Thanks! :D

The "management" does not create texture patches, so you'll have to scrounge around this thread here for the textures you want or request that someone update it/scale it.
