Sorry to intrude but I am using the latest
Sphax64x_BOP_Ver5.0.0.2080 for
BiomesOPlenty-1.10.2-5.0.0.2109-universal

I found that the limestone having a texture issue of going back to original BOP. I did check into the resource .png and Mods .png that do have the same "limestone.png" even the limestone json the same name version. I really like to have the 'lime green' shade coloring of here than the white. I even tried polishing to see if it changes color from drab white pixel-ated to 'lime'stone and that didn't work.

HOWEVER, in just using cheats in going: /give @p biomeofplenty:stone 0 1 gives the correct color texture but could not polish or do anything with it except in natural state. Tested all the above as well on siltstone and slate the same problem occurred.


SO is it BOP or here the issue for the texture problem? I am rather clueless over all in it. If it's BOP then perhaps I have to use an older version of it for both to work together..?

Which modpack are you using?

Edit: From what I understand the polished variety can only be spawned in. There is no recipe yet.

Er.. I have mods with Forge & Opt. is a small list that runs well, I only use BDCraft Resources. Just recall in an older version having polished slabs & stairs but still a wonderful lime polish green vs. prismarine (ugh spelling). I also mentioned that is more than just limestone but also siltstone and slate too.
The issue still does remain about not getting the Sphax64x_BOP_Ver5.0.0.2080 for BiomesOPlenty-1.10.2-5.0.0.2109-universal limestone, siltstone & slate. Just the generic version of it is naturally spawned and mined to polished. The one example of limestone I tested in using commands was mentioned (/give @p biomeofplenty:stone 4 1) but that can't even be polished, same goes with testing the other two as well. I had two different versions of limestone inventory (rather have the resource texture). I could not natural spawn the siltstone or slate but the command version still reacted the same as the limestone.
This is why I am asking if it's the Texture Resource issue or BOP. So far its seems to be Resource for all the three BOP stones have the same problem. I am at a loss here for immersion as I like RPG style games.

Well it's not the resource pack we have made as I checked it against the version you are using. The file names are the same and are all textured. I suspect it's a conflict with one of the other mods limestone.

You could try making one single resource pack for all your mods, the way it was done in 1.6. This might help.

I don't know how to do that :| None of the other mods have limestone but I will double check again.

Found your problem Iteries. The version of Quark you have uses Limestone. As I look after that thread I have updated the patch there. Be aware though the limestone will be a different colour as I have used the colour from the chisel mod as it is the closest to the original colour from quark. I should really change this one to that colour.

OMG! Thank You so much. I looked at Quark website but didn't find that he using limestone but now that you mention it, I looked into the mod and yep there it was... I also use the Quark Resource from this community too. Perhaps you can find the person uses what shades/texture file they use to calibrate? I might not be the only person who does these two mods together. 'shrugs' Um OR nevermind that suggestion as I looked it up again in the community and feel ashamed as your the same author.. I updated the quark download.

Thought I give a heads up as this mod is now updated to 1.11.2 as many folks are updating to the newest MC. You might see this messaged posted elsewhere as well as I LOVE these textures. Keep up the awesome work.
