I have made a temporary patch of all that is here for BiblioCraft 1.6.x in 64x, a by-product of a Resource Pack I am making for a community mod.

Linyor I have one thing to say to you.... Dont make things look non sphaxy! Dont use any realistic stuff in sphax textures make them look like sphax textures should look like. I must say that I like some of your textures but alot of them arent looking any sphaxy and I hate when stuff like that happens...

That's why I present to you what I did.
Indeed, the textures "fancysignGUI", "mapWaypointGUI" and "compassWaypointGUI"are not very Sphaxy.
if you don't like other textures tell me that. ^^

I probably found a solution table's texture. Here is my result.
I await your opinion.
to counter of displacement of the texture on the top of the table I creates an "infinite" texture.
and in my opinion not many other possibilities. ^^
