Sorry, you're absolutely right, now i just look like a dumb ass lol. Actually i considered railcraft too but when i opened the texture pack for railcraft i could not find a steam engine at all or maybe i looked too fast but in forestry i could find a few engine similar like the clock engine for exemple so i just assumed it was forestry. I googled it after you said that and found the answer. My bad, next time i'll try to look more into it.

I'm not sure if i'm making an other mistake but this isnt a WIP thread right? Because if its not a WIP, how come there is like 20 or more saplings without texture? I might have the answer already but maybe you could add to it. I think thats the mod the saplings are disabled until next update if i remember when i read a few changelogs for some mods but im not sure that apply to forestry although it would make sense why the texture were not made.

As already pointed out, yes they're Railcraft engines, but for other people's knowledge: models like that only have one texture and that is the in-world texture. They are rendered exactly the same in the hand with the same model. So the bug is always likely to be with the mod (or HD Patcher).

As for missing saplings that's likely from ExtraTrees which is in the WIP section and is nearly 100% done :)

I didn't install extratrees mod but if the extra trees come already packed with forestry mod I guess I can give a try to that extratrees resource pack to see what happen. for the mod I was talking about that has disabled trees until next minecraft update, I think it was extrabiomesxl so sorry for the misleading info.

Thanks for the info, I love forestry and I don't mind the bug for now.

Not sure if this is already noted, but the texture for most butterflies and other things are missing. Were there name changes that were missed?

People need to learn when they say something is broken they should probably think to say what version of the mod and textures they're using.

Comparing the MC1.6 textures to Forestry v2.3.0.3 they're in the same place.

Well, it is MCPatcher. Without it, everything is ok. Is the damn thing works this way while running under Linux, or it is a Win problem as well? any help? )

I don't know anything about MCPatcher, so can't help you there.

You can either ask in the MCPatcher thread and see if they actually help (not sure they will), search the Minecraft Forums for help or try with Optifine instead.

I tried Optifine - it is all solid piece of lag)
The funny thing, that MCpatcher does weird stuff with forestry liquids even without BD textures - with vanilla ones as well.... )
And, yes. Nobody helps anyway))) Thanx for your efforts)
