For some reason, the v1.118 patch crashes the game when either Optifine or MCPatcher is installed. Without those, the texture patch works fine and the game plays fine. But when either of those are installed, the game silently crashes when trying to choose the texture pack.

You're probably running out of RAM.

Try assigning more or use a lower resolution.

Wouldn't hurt to post your log though, if that doesn't help.

Ya - I don't have any issues running this with my pack and Optifine

Geez, I can't believe I overlooked that. I only had 1G given to it and upping it to 2G fixed the problem. Thanks!

Ya - I use large 128x texture packs and have to assign 8GB

Is there a sphax 128x patch for IC2 experimental v2.0.367?

The one for exp in the OP should work unless something huge changed recently?

I've given up using IC2 so I'm relying on being told the patch needs updating.

Just my ocd kicking in here, but I noticed your most recent entry in the changelog is not referencing the correct version of IC2, looks like you copy and pasted the previous entry.
