There is a bug with one of the buffer textures in the 128x PR6 add-on (one of the side outputs appears on when it is disabled).

RedPower isn't out for MC1.6.
Are you not thinking about

The only really arguable difference is that
ProjectRed is actually updated and open source whereas RedPower isn't and may never will be.
