I've noticed a couple of the textures for RFTools Control are broken, they changed a bit in 1.12. The icons for the programmer, found here: are broken.
Here is an updated copy of icons.png I managed to create:

Update - Added downloads for RF Tools Power for MC 1.12. Also Added downloads for MC 1.14 and 1.15 RF Tools Base, Builder, Power, Storage and Utility

So I checked Mediafire and the MC1.15 128x file has disappeared. So I uploaded it again and the original file returns. Weird stuff going on at Mediafire. Should work ok now. Just a note for next time you have an issue. Letting me know which version and resolution helps when I have this many files to look through.
