Downloaded both x256 + x512 PureBDCraft Texture Pack for Minecraft version 1.13 and neither show up in the Available Resource Packs.

When I attempt to Unzip either resource pack I get a Windows Error that reads:
The Compressed (zipped) Folder <path of folder> is invalid.

All other lower (x128, x64, etc.) version work and unzip perfectly.

I have 32GB of RAM on Windows 10 1083 (All Drivers Updated)
Running GTX 1080
I have allocated 16GB of RAM to Minecraft (Java) to make sure it not that.
I also have 100Mbps Download Speed (That I just tested, so the download is not failing on my end)

Also, I have tried Chrome (AdBlock Disabled), Edge (Adblock Uninstalled).
Both Browsers in their respective 'private /incognito' modes.
All of this on two separate devices (One Wired, One Wireless)

Any help or advice would be much appreciated! Cheers.

It appears when Sphax was uploading an update today that the uploads failed and he didn't notice.

I'll try and get him to fix it ASAP.

That makes a bunch of sense! I literally tried everything I could!
Thanks for the quick reply. If you could keep me posted as to when the reupload occurs that would be great!
Cheers

Sorry for the relatively long wait.

The files are now correctly back online.
