Haven't been very active here in a while but I was informed that my download link was broken again, so I fixed it.
I also checked out the MoonQuest++ stuff and found out what is broken. There was an update to the texture pack but the link to it wasn't updated. You can access the files by visiting this. However, I'm not sure how long directory browsing is going to be available so I'd suggest mirroring it somewhere.
