Your latest.log doesn't mention any resourcepacks at all, or any mods, or anything really.

Are there any other logs you have that actually include useful information?

You're using the wrong version of the resourcepack for the version of the game.

Right, cheers, thought I got the 1.17 one but must of read it wrong. Appreciate the help and the time taken.
