I personnally use CS2.
It's a very good tool for vectorial designed textures.

Thank you!!! I am so happy about Hanfox giving us a link to a free ps! Although when i clicked on the download link provided, i downloaded it all, but it asks for a serial number, and some organization thing.
PLEASE HELP!!

Read the page. It does actually tell you the serial number...

You can use any Image Editor you want or are accustomed to. Some artists and Mod Support Patches creators at BDcraft Community are using Paint.net

Does anyone still read this thread? Was looking for opinions about the image I made (going off of the sample)
Not sure where the white boarder came from though.. Pretty happy how it came out considering I have no artistic skills and it was my first time.
I also think I choose to much of a wide variation in colors... they do not blend so well..

If you're trying to make a shiny object you should just try replicating the ender pearl. Your shading is a bit off. It doesn't really look round.
